Can I search for specific Amenities?

  • Yes, once you pick your city, dates, and guest count, you’ll be taken to a page of available homes. Once you’re there, click the “Amenities” drop down and choose between the following:

    • BBQ Grill

    • Pets Allowed

    • Hot Tub

    • Pool

Are your properties pet friendly?

What is the booking process?

  • Fill out the direct booking request form.

  • Receive a follow up email from our team with availability.

  • Review and sign your booking contract.

  • Make the first deposit to block the dates.

  • Make the second payment 30 days before arrival.

Is the price negotiable?

  • Our team uses industry-wide software to offer the best rates to our guests - know that your rate has been carefully analyzed and reviewed before it’s offered! Depending on the season being requested to book, price can potentially be negotiable.

Can I check in early?

  • The properties are generally ready by 4:00pm. If for any reason they are prepared early on the day of your arrival, we will be sure to let you know.

Do you provide children’s items?

  • A pack ‘n play, stroller, & high chair are provided.

Can I invite my friends over for dinner?

  • Guests are allowed to have friends over, but must communicate to us before doing so.

  • Parties are not allowed.

What’s the refund policy, should I have to cancel?

  • Due to the nature of using this site to book directly with home owners and avoid all additional fees, bookings are non-refundable.

Can I smoke during my stay?

  • A strict no smoking (including vaping) on the property rule is in place, should a guest break that rule, they will be asked to leave and will pay a fine.

What is the minimum night requirement?

  • During peak season and holidays, the minimum night requirement is 5-7 nights. During the summer season the requirement often drops between 3-5 nights.
